Better Body Tip for the Day...

START NOW THE WAY YOU MEAN TO GO ON

I recently have been listening to some tapes that have set me to getting up in the morning and as soon as my feet hit the floor they go right into my sneakers and off for a nice brisk walk. It's my 15 minute of fulfillment since I don't have an hour to dedicate to exercise all in one chunk. While I walk along listening to my upbeat and positive reinforcing music, I do my breathing and another little exercise to change my mind state and think about all the things that I am grateful for. I find that I have a new renewed sense of what I am going to be able to get done for the day and things seem to be more relaxed and I have a better sense of accomplishment in my day. Try it and see what you think. As we get the new location set up we will eventually be holding classes to teach some of these really great tips more in detail like how to get your neurons working for you as well as CEU courses for massage therapists too.
